The Altered Alice

As soon as I saw The Altered Alice Challenge blog, I knew I wanted to join in. This month the challenge is changing form they want to either see a dress form on your piece or something changing form from what it originally was, I hope my button flowers count in the changing form category. I made this page in my A4 journal, the background I made by layering up loads of ripped dictonary pages the covering them with gesso then sparying using some scrummy dylusions, I just love the shimmer that Dyans mica sprays give. The images are from the Octopode Factory which I just love.



I hope everyone had a lovely Valentines day yesterday. My lovely hubby came home from work early with a card that has the most beautiful words in it and a dozen gorgeous red roses :) Ill add at this point that he cycles to work and they were sticking out of his backpack bless him hehehehe we had a lovely romantic evening at home, a lovely hot bubble bath with tons of candles and music followed by a delish M&S dinner hmmmmmm we also polished off a bottle of rose cava, well more like I polished it off and managed to get the hubster to have a glass hahahahaha
