Another Boys Card !!!! - The girls on a roll hehehehe

Im really forcing myself with these boys cards, however this one I didnt find too much of a struggle, I love this TGF image and I love grunging up my cards !!!! I used some of my gorgeous Tim Hotlz stamps to make the background paper, which I stamped onto yellow card with black stayzon ink. The mesh type ribbons i brought from Quixotic Cards, love this stuff and the sentiment is from a K&Co embellishment box that i brought years ago and seems completely bottomless hehehehe

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend, it seems that spring in finally here I had such a lovely time over the weekend sorting my garden out, I get so excited when all the bulbs start to shot and the daffodiles are finally in flower :)

Another boys card

Blurgh I really do struggle to make these boys cards hehehehehe although I did love using this image, its one of mo mannings images and he is such a little cutie, this is my first ever card using one of her images and they are lovely to use. I used my trusty watercolour pencil. I have no idea what brand these papers are, and the ribbon, sentiment and little paperclips are all from my stash. I think this card is a little too plain however i have a serious lack of boys stuff in my craft room, this will probably be the reason i struggle so much to make them hahahahaha note to self buy boys stuff !!!!

Simon Says Challenge

This weeks challenge is a sketch, I didnt print the sketch out and did this by memory so my card is slightly different to the actual sketch, sorry. I watercoloured my sweet pea image and added stickles to her wings. The papers are MME, all the flowers are prima except the yellow roses which a friend brought me. I dont know what brand the sentiment is, it was from the bargin bucket at my local craft store for 50p i think.

Oh Alice

Chapter One: Down the Rabbit Hole. The Beggining ...

This is the first challenge over at The Alice in Wonderland challenge blog. This weeks challenge was 'Alice Gets Glam' I decided to use one of my Miss Anya as Alice (which I think works quite well) and gave her some strippy tights to give it a little bit of a Tim Burton feel. I made the scalloped circle using my nesties. The sentiment I made using word. The mushroom is part of one of my fairy art song stamps that I stamped and cut out. All the flowers are prima with gems in the centres.

There is a link on my side bar to Oh Alice blog, I think its a pretty cool blog challenge and cant wait to join in again.

Red Heart

I used the beautiful red heart image from sweet pea for this card, I coloured her using watercolour pencils. I used pain red card for the background which I stamped with a flourish stamp and stazon black ink. The ribbon and the gems in the top right hand corner I found in my stash.

On another note how excited am I !!!! one week until Alice in Wonderland woohoo I cant wait :) Tim Burton films are always brilliant and I think this one is going to be visually stunning.
